Barry is awesome. Respectful, caring, honest person. He really has your best interest in his heart. I would work with him anytime. It's not always you would find a person you don't really know that well and trust them to do the right thing. He is definitely one of God's children!

I was very impressed with Bary's composure and informational stand. My mom is in early stages of dementia and when my patients ran out I would watch him calm my mom and bring her back to herself. The people whom he was working with was also very helpful and patient with mom. I highly recommend both Bary and the company he represents. Thank you for your assistance.

We enjoyed doing business with them. They didn't have to, but they worked with us to save us tens of thousands of dollars. I would like to Thank them publicly for caring and helping.

When it came to sell our inheritance home, we reached out to Brandon from Kaizen Cash Offers. Brandon promptly and professionally called us and explained the process. Everything went as planned and we closed on the sell of the home with no problem.

I just completed selling a duplex which was occupied with tenants.

Brandon and Barry went above and beyond to help them in their relocation.

I was able to handle my part of the close from my living room.

The selling experience exceeded expectations.

I would recommend Kaisen.

I had a recent experience with Kaizen Cash Offers when my Girlfriend was approached professionally by the guys, Barry and Brandon. I was involved with the transaction mainly due to a language barrier and I helped translate. Being in this position I was very involved in the transaction and dealt with this company first hand. I have to say, it was the fastest and smoothest real estate transaction. From the initial meeting, offer, contract and acceptance, to closing. Everything was handled professional and transparent. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.
